ricey? or cool?

ok, i saw these valve cap lights. are these ricey and stupid like the washer lights ended up? or are they cool. i havn't seen ANY cars over here with the valve lights. check out this video:

whats more important is do YOU like them and what do YOU think of them, or do you always ask other people this question before you buy parts? i think they look like bicycle wheel reflectors personally.

well if i like something i ask how others feel about them. why waste money when majority hates it?

why not make your own decision despite what other people say. if everyone said the girl you liked was fugly would you still like her? you know how it is, when the altezza lights first came out most people thought they were cool, but their popularity is what ultimatley killed them and branded them "ricey". so to follow with the herd so to speak, everyone else starting trashing the altezzas. right now everyone could say those lights are cool, but eventually they'd be out of style due to too many other people having them. just follow your own style bro.

you make a good argument. but if all my friends didn't like my chick, there's more of a chance i'll end up believing it if they can prove it. but i usually make my own decisions. i mean, i ask if its a good idea to get those valve cap light because i've seen NOONE with them at all around here. so i was wondering why not?

hey why not right? it's like my case, i want to get some chrome rims, yeah that's right chrome. if i were to ask the sheep in here the simple question on whether to get chrome rims or not, the majority would be stupid responses like "noooo" or "i hate chrome wheels". but when i mention they are chrome racing hart cp035R wheels then it's different.

I dont see the point in building a car for what everyone else likes.. Screw everyone else.. People are going to have different opinions depending on who you ask.. You just have to figure out which group you want to be in.. If you ask the "show" guys theyll probably say they are cool, if you ask the "Go" guys they will probably say they suck..

Its like shoes... Would you buy shoes that you really, really like if you friends didnt like them.. I dont see what difference it should make.. If they are your friends then they wont really care what kinda shoes your wearing, cause the truth of the matter is that some will love them and some will hate them. But if its what you dig then do what makes you happy..

If you want to buy 'em go for it, if you get sick of it you can just take 'em of.
Also look at it like this, you'll be the first person on your block w/'em, and then every one is gonna get jelous and want some, then it'll snowball and pretty soon every vehicle will have some, even handicap school busses and police cars. Every one on AF will deem it "rice" and then we'll know who to blame:D

lol!@ speaking of school busses. there was one following me today on my way to school when i was driving my car. and this blue van passes me in the opposite direction and slams the bus head on. ICY roads this morning! lol poor handicapped children.. well they were like 1st graders.. which is fairly handicapped if you ask me.
