seat warmer

I have a 2001 Suburban with both passenger and driver seat warmers not working. I looked in fuse box below steering column and cannot tell which fuse is seat warmer. I located a place that should be fuse for seats. It has two wires coming out of it. Is this the seat warmer fuse location? One of the wires was exposed and laying on metal piece. Any suggestions?
