Condensation will normally form in your tail pipe and will drip out during the initial warm up period of your motor in the morning or whenever you do a cold start.

Water from your tail pipe is one of those throw-backs to your high school chemistry courses. The normal precipitant to a combustion reaction is water. Because water vapor is carried in the exhaust, this is why you see water dripping from the tail pipe while running. It is also the reason why you see rust on your exhaust pipes much quicker than any part of your car.
Don't worry about this normal thing. It's when you DON'T see water is when you need to worry.
