Eclipse Commander/GPS?

Has anyone ever owned, used, or even seen an Eclipse Commander (#90030)? And the Eclipse GPS unit (#99030)?

Does it work as advertised? How good is the voice recogntion? Any and all comments would be great; I've never been able to find a demo.
