2004 Town and Country towing package

Ok I give where is the wiring harness on a T&C with the towing package . Have looked under the van , in the jack storage and there is nop connector to be found though it is supposed to be part of the towing package which this van has . Help...

I have the same problem on a 2000, I'd love to know the answer ...
