I was wondering if anyone has ever seen the gold honda emblems on the hatches before? I saw a gold hatchback with gold emblems and it looked really sharp. Were these an option you could buy?

they didnt come with them, the one you saw most likely pulled it from a newer civic or accord that had the gold package

There is one other possiblity (though unlikly). They could have had their honda eblems gold plated. Pick up a copy of Lowrider and look in the back, you'll see proffesional gold palting kits for sale to "start your bussiniess." They could have gone somewhere and had they 24K gold plated with something like that....or they probably just ordered a gold Honda emblem for an different honda and suck it on. The H's are pretty interchangable.

http://www.caswellplating.com/ is your source :-D. They also sell these kits on ebay cheaper than on their site btw. Also do not buy the Plug N' Plate™ Kits, as they DONT work at all for what you need (even though they seem cheap and looks like they can do the job). You may be better off sending it to a dipping place in your area, shouldnt be more than $35 I would think...
