2004 Color Crimson Tintcoat

Can anyone tell me what makes the 2004 color Crimson Tintcoat so special that there is an extra charge from Pontiac?

I looked at a red 2004 GXP when I bought my liquid silver 2004 GXP two weeks ago... I couldn't tell any difference in the paint quality so it has to be something with the tint. If you have the answer I'd like to know.

BTW, what year is your pictured Bonne?
