i want to do an engine swap but i dont know where to get an engine or what the best engine for my 1995 civic would be. i have money, but i dont wanna get a crappy one.

b18b turboed. can run 11's fairly easily. there is no "best" in my opinion. they all have pro's and con's. you should research. do you want to drag, autocross, grocery shop, etc.
