Honda Civic cold starting problem

Hi. Can someone help me . My honda Civic 1988 has twin CV carbs and when i start it from stone cold it runs vert ruff , but after 2 minutes it smooths out and runs on fast idle as it should. Card goes great and choke works ok. Problem only happens when car left overnight to get realy cold. If car left for 4 hours it runs great when started. Problem only happens when stone cold. Thanks

the ruf idle when the car is cold is alittle normal, try using carburetor cleaner on the carbs, check ur coolant temp. sensor. the car starts fine? or does it do blub blub blub vroom? or just cranks for a while then vroom? explain realy detailed and maybe i can help more.
