Magnaflow muffler

Does anyone know if there is a Magnaflow muffler that is a fit in easily on my '99 Silverado (new body)? I have one that is 1 in/2 out, but I was wanting to just keep the one tailpipe. If I just cap the other outlet, I will be restricting it somewhat, because the 2 outlets on the Magnaflow are smaller than the single outlet on the OEM muffler.
