Left turn signal stays lit

Hi!
I have a 1996 Grand Caravan.
I am having some trouble with the left turn signal. It stays on but does not flash and is very hard to shut off.
Could someone tell me where I could find the combo flasher(hazard/turn signal flasher). From reading your forum this sounds like it could be the problem. I called the dealer but they were no help.
