Cleaning a Intercooler, and Plugs Fowling

Whats up, the last couple weeks I have been fowling spark plugs like a mad man. I replaced them to find a number of them fowled again a week or so after, so I started just cleaning them up and replacing them and when I took out the spark plug and looked on top of the piston head a saw lots of carbine and some oil. My turbine recently started blowing smoke out the exhaust. Now I have heard that if a seal is bad on it, it might be throwing oil into my engine through intake ducts. Today I checked the piping to find oil in there. So I checked my intercooler ducting also and found a layer of oil in the bottom of my intercooler. Does anyone know a good way to flush a intercooler out? Also any ideas on what could be fowling out these plugs so quick? I did do a compression check and they where all about the same so I don't think it the rings and I have a steel head gasket and I made sure it was tight also. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanx

Sounds like your turbo might be buggared,as the seals do go in them and blows oil into the motor. This will cause the plugs to foul/oil up.Once the turbo is fixed you can flush out your ic with a engine degreaser to get rid of the oil and in all the intake pipes as well.

cheers swampy.........
