settings for VAFC?

ok, i know how to install this bad boy. I'm gonna install it today. My question now is, what settings should i use? I heard that u need to go to a dyno to get the best out of it, but i wanted to hear what other people used for settings.

I kept it stock, but made VTEC kick in at 6,000rpm. I don't think the VAFC is gonna help you get more hp until you get some serious mods done.

well i installed it. did that 6 in 6 out sensor thing....4 cylinders....the rest i left alone...oh and i had vtec kick in at 5200. I didn't hear anything or felt a difference....i thought i should have since i now have vtec hooked up. Before i ran the car without vtec installed.
