350 heads casting#3973487 anygood?

hey here is the deal i have a 383 stoker on my pickup and im wonder what kind of heads are in the motor i took the valve cover off and got these numbers of the head #3973487 and it also had a H120 number on it can yall tell me if these heads are any good im planning on getting some dart pro 1 heads by the end of the year i hope. :confused:
