Ok so, long story short, I met an SCCA racer, and he got me interested in building an SCCA racer. I chose 240SX for obvious reasons, RWD one, good cast iron engine block, light, and are easy to fix and work on. Refer to the "Drifting, and more drifting" post I made to see my design idea. The drivetrain will be basically stock KA24DE set-up, headers, intake, exhaust, and ECU upgrade (thats all that is allowed). Any suggestions what I should go for in the project????

well, if u want some racing that involves only skill i think u shoudl just get the rx7 first gen and get the 12A motor in the pro7 class all is allowed is no muffler and spring/shock combo
but if u wanna race ur 240 u will be competing against cars that u dont really have a chance against.....www.SCCA.org check it out email the peopel cuz i actually forgot about all the classes and all the rules and regulations and shit but one day i may get the rx7 and go back!
good luck with whateve ru wanan do though
