93'cut.supreme Int. I Need Help Please!!

Hey everybody, im new, i just bought a 1993 cutlass supreme international, 3.1, and i have 3 problems, and i'm very apprecitaive if any one knows how to solve theses for me.
1.While drivin at night, my head lights will come on, then shut off ever 5 or so minutes, PLUS, a regular car, when u leave the lights on,with the car off, it reminds u wit the ringin sound, but mine, its opposite, imnow drivin listening to the ringing noise and all, and i dont know how to fix it.PLEASE HELP!!!
2.My sun roof wont budge, i was thinkin the fuse or wuteva, but i wanna know the exact thing, cause my sun roof is stuck in the open position, and im in michigan, so im cold.
3.my Key repeatedly get stuck in the ignition, and i mean every once in a while it comes out, and sometimes it wont, any suggestions? im OPEN FOR ALL!!!!!!
not a bad car for wut i paid for, few minor probs that can be fix, and im asking for help, thanx.
