transmission question

Ihave a 94 eagle talon with automatic transmission and it will only change to second gear, i have changed the fluid and installed new filter but it still only gets second can any one help me?

tag up the junk yard for a used one.. or if you got the money buy a rebuilt.. let me know what the dang deal was
