which shocks are better?
KYB AGX's
Tokico Adjustables
or Koni Red's
with the purpose of track use and daily driving use

Koni's would be my choice out of those. I had Tokicos and they blew within 3 months.

If he's talking about his civic's then struts. Shock, strut, damper it's basically the same thing. They all function the same only mount differently.
My first question would be what size wheels/tires & weight? What springs & how much drop?

Before reading these forums I was going to go with Eibach Sportline (1.8" and 310F/275R) and the KYB AGX, but lots of people are saying that the KYB’s cant handle more than a 1.5" drop.
I would hate to spend all this cash on suspension and have to replace something in a month.
Do your guys think the H&R sport (330F/280R) and the Koni Yellow’s are a good combo, or should I go with something like the H&R cup kit?
-- or should I even go with a different spring?

the tires would probably be a 16" rim (and if i get the rim i want, it weighs approx. 8 lbs) and either a 45 or 50 side wall
The drop would be no more than 2.0" cause i think my civic would rub with any more.

Count KYB & Tokico out because they are both stock lenght struts not suited for "slammed" rides. Koni yellows or Bilsteins are best suited for 2" drops.

Hey if i just change the springs and keep the stock struts in until they ware-out do i lose any handling?
compared to if i changed them to Koni yellows when i change the springs

Yes you will lose handling & ride quality, nicy bouncy ride.
