IS 300 vs. 95 Prelude VTEC

The other day some guy in an Altezza passes me on a back road. So I keep going and catch up to him at the next light. This guy was actin like he was cool, maybe cuz his girl was in the car, but he kept tryin to pick on me. So I lined up wit him at the next light and he knew it was on. So I was totally ready for a good race, light turns green and I take off while he stalls the car.... and me being a girl, I thought it was hilarious! After that he wouldn't line up wit me, prolly cuz my boyfriend was laughing his a$$ off. Though it wasn't a kill thought u all could use a good laugh..

I stalled off the line once....i didnt think it was too funny...The funny part was when i stalled the second time trying to get away from the intersection. My sis was laughing her ass off at me, but hell, its her clutch i almost fried, so hah on her! :lol:

yeah, what's up with rich people who can afford expensive cars, choose manual 5-spd, yet can't drive it!? :loser:

I remember reading a thread where a guy couldn't get his 350Z out of between two cars because it was 5 spd, and he was on a hill. He and his girlfriend watched as some stranger got the car out for them. :lol2:

I had a similar eperience with a really hot chick in a boxter the other day. we were at the light and i looked over and revved at her. i wasnt expecting it but she revved up and the light went green. i took off with a nice chirp but she didnt! she stalled it and i just started laughing. she ended up being beside of me at the next light but she wouldnt even look over at me... good times!

my question is.. how the heck do you stall if you're going to be racing? i mean... shouldn't you at least be launching from 3k at the least? i don't think i could stall a car from those rpms if i tried!

I agree with Delerious93integra, its almost imposible to stall when you want to race. If you were going uphill normal driving, then its reasonable to stall.

I took the Accord out last night to see if I could find any other imports in the area and this old ass Tercel pulls up next to me and starts revving their engine. My friend looks over and is like "Dude, DON'T look." I'm like why? And he's like "Fucking nasty chicks dude." So like I glance at the car and see some shitty ass fake-chrome hub caps and I'm like, ha, okay, we'll go. So the light turns green and I floor it, hit about 50 in a 35 before I let off with like 5 car lengths between me and them (and there was a van in front of me) then they go flying past me at like 60 and swerving in and out of cars to get away. Funny as hell.
