CRX Engine Swap

I am thinking of buying a 1990-91 Honda CRX and swaping the engine for an integra 1.8L gs-r engine.
Is this easy? Will the engine fit? Is the Crx V-TECH? Is the Integra V-TECH? Is it possible or easy to swap v-Tech to non-V-TECH and visa versa?

It's a pretty good fit, and so it'll be fairly easy.. Neither of them's got V-TECH though, I'll tell you that, last time i checked, V-TECH is a company that makes phones..
