Normal operating range of LS1?

Can you guys w/ LS1s just let me know what the normal operating stats are, you know... temperature? Oil Pressure? etc. I just got mine and have no idea.

temperature's going to be in the 190-200 range when youre moving. the fans prolly wont come on until 230 or so, i dont really know specific numbers cause i dont have an LS1 but from my experiences these are ballpark...

mine seems to stay at 210, is this a little high, and my oil pressure?

i think its supposed to be
6psi 1000rpm
18psi 3000
24psi 4000 and so on
thats for the oil
my temps normally stayed at 180-190

In regard to temperature, i thought it is running hot, but since i never owned one before, i thought i'd ask to see where others run at, but 210 is hot. What should i do now, should i even worry
