I have been racked a couple of times, but the worst was on my old CR250 back in 85. Managed to over shoot a corner and into a rather large hay bail. Legs wrapped around the forks and removed the gas cap with em!
The pain was excrusiating to say the least.

I've taken shots to the nads, thats only because its my fault, damnit, I feel one time, bar in between the legs....Man, the worst pain to me is, getting hit in the spot. But, i am starting to get used to it.
