Flashing Emergency Lights???

Okay, so I'm racing this guy in a really nice brand new mitsubishi eclipse and after the race, he flashed his emergency lights at me. A few days before that the same thing happend on the freeway with a different car. Does anyone know if this is like saying nice race or something?

You flash your hazards to show that you won the race.
