How to pull sunroof cloth slider???

I have a '94 Camry with sunroof... (92-96)
I have pulled the headliner to get it recovered...
Does anyone know how to get the cloth covered slider out of its tracks so I can also get it recovered.???

The whole sunroof assembly has to be removed first. There are a bunch of 10mm nuts/bots around the sunroof, disconnect the motor and the drains. Remove the entire sunroof assembly. Then you can remove the shade. Not sure off hand how the shade comes out.... you'll figure it out once you get the sunroof out.
Take the glass out first, otherwise it's real heavy.
