5th gen Lude or 2004 gti vr6

who would win? both claim to have around 200 hp but the gti has more tq and both have almost the exact curb weight.

Im bias towards preludes, so im gonna say preludes, but I myself have also beaten golfs (gtis, 1.8t, vr6) with my 4th gen lude, 0-60 the golf would take you, but 1/4mile the lude has the edge.

Given what you've told me... I would say the GTI, in an ideal world with the exact same driver. But of course, real life is not like that, so it is a definite driver's race.

As much as i love my lude, i say the gti would probably win

i love ludes so i say ludes will win by many many car lengths :)
