F150 trans,brakes and engine loss of power

Can anyone help determine possible sudden problems with engine running rough and simutaneously the trans slipping and brakes failing. Is it possible that it is a vacuum problem?

brakes failing, what fails? hard to push or what? what year motor 4x4 or 4x2, need more info.
