Help!!! Oil light is intermittent...

My oil light came on and started flashing then it went off. It started yesterday and will flash a couple times then cut off. Then come on again and so on....

Anyone ever had this problem before? And if so how do I fix without having to get it looked at if possible.

Oh yea it's a 93 in case you don't know.

first thing to do would be to check your dipstick if you haven't done that already. I'd check your oil sending unit and pump too.
