Pennzoil Nismo Gt-r (r34)

havin problems with the color .what is the closest color to the tamiya color if any one can it would be apperiated.

How close is chrome yellow to pearl yellow?

Not too far off; I would've suggested Testors Aluma Coupe Pearl Yellow but People seem to hate Testors.:)

The only difference is that pearl yellow has pearl pigment in it, I've been looking for pearl yellow for I don't know how long... They don't make it anymore... It's too bad because they have a lot of other pearl color available and a lot of them are really shitty, like the uber lame old pink type.

I bought a yellow pearl pigment that you mix with clear yellow and spray with an airbrush over white primer. You should try to find something like that if you can because the Pennzoil r34 looks really cool in it's original yellow pearl.
