92 Chero Laredo-body/frame question

Can anybody tell me what the narrow panel below the door is called? (This is at the lowest edge of the side) It seems to be welded to the door sill. I am wondering if it will be a big job to repair or replace one that is ripped up for about a foot beneath the rear door. Thanks.

Do you mean the "rocker panel"? It is a pain to replace, but check J C Whitney...you can get another one and put it right over the old one,needs to be worked a bit and it wont be perfect, but it will work.
