Does anyone have an IACV for sale?

I have a D15B7 and the ECU keeps throwing code 14. I called the stupid Honda dealership to ask them if this one on Ebay would fit and they said any 88-95 IACV would fit. So when I bought it, I realized that the bolt pattern didn't match up. Those stupid Honda fuckers. I paid 50 bucks for it too. So anyways, my car is ideling like crazy, and not just before it warms up. I went through a WHOLE clutch (a cheap on I must admit) in 1 FREAKIN MONTH because I have to hold it about half way down so my car doesn't idle at stop lights. One time it was ideling up and down and this guy with a 34 Corolla started doing it to make fun of me. I hate that stupid rice muffler I the owner before me put on there. So anyway, I just paid 400 dollars for a new clutch last night and I don't plan on buying another one next month again, so does anyone have an IACV/EACV (Idle Air Control Valve) that I can buy off if you don't need it. Oh and get this, those Honda bijes said that I'd have to buy a whole new throttle body and that I couldn't just replace the IACV. Those bastards really know how to rip people off. Stupid liars!
