clear colours

hi everyone,

did anyone tried finishing the model with tamiya's clear red or clear orange or etc? (i mean the body colour)

Thats called a Kandy color, apply over white , sivler or , gold

And apply a heavy clear (uncolored) coat before you polish it out!

MPWR is right, otherwies you will polish through the color more in some spots than others and it won't be even. I will also add that when you spray make sure that you spray each coat in a different direction so that you get even coverage and no stripes
