I know most of you probably don't Autocross, but... what's your brake setup right now? Have you upgraded from stock?
I'm thinking of slotted Brembo rotors and AEM pads. Big brake kits are still way out of budget.

I donīt Autocross but I have got Goodridge steel braided brake lines with Ate Super Dot 4 brake fluid.
These "big brake kits" arenīt worth their money anyways in my opinion...

Do you run the stock Si or did you swap the VTEC brakes onto ur lude? I don't have experience but I have opinions. The VTEC brake rotors are usually built adequately for your needs, other than that is picking your brake pas, and the AEM's shuld be fine.
Right now I am running the VTEC brake rotors and calipers, an they are like switching from a light cigarette to a hand-rolled full-flavor menthol. They just respond better to high-speed, spurge of the moment braking. I don't autocross but I live in the mountains of NC, in a little hick town with plenty of curvy, narrow roads, and no cops :-D. My Si rotors would need turning about every 3 oil changes. I haven't had to cut into the VTEC's yet!!! By the way, 4WS is great to have up here!!!

I current am running on my stock braking system. I am doing a series of handling upgrades to do better in this year's events (particularly since getting creamed on an icy course this last February).
I have tried cross drilled and slotted rotors on my older cars, and they have worked miracles before.
Was the chassis similar enough to just bolt the VTEC braking parts onto an Si?

I did have to use the caliper mounting bracket also, that was pretty much it. The master cylinder's are the same, but I believe the lines are different.
