MSD 6 and Intellistart 4 Problem

Someone here has to have an MSD 6 ignition and have the Clifford Intellistart 4 remote start installed...I hope. The problem with mine is that I got everything installed except when i go to hook up the Tach wire the alarm wont sense the tach signal. Any suggestions?
