Thief!!

I started working again this week. I'm trying to get back into the routine after a long winter at home. I have a new position which is trying my patience, my body is protesting the fact that it has to stand all day long, people at work are angry that I recieved this new position, and some are doing childish things to get under my skin. :gives:

I just tell myself that I can deal with this. Maybe it's just the pressure getting to me. I'll work through this and enjoy the fruits of my labour.

So, I leave the plant at quitting time and light myself a smoke. Get into my car and drive to the local Tim Horton's for a good cup of joe. I come out of Tim's. I get into my car and decide to change the cd from Audioslave to Metallica...

WHERE THE HELL IS MY CD CASE?!!

I forgot to lock the car when I went into work today. :disappoin I guess I had other things on my mind. Now, some little shit decided that it would be a great idea to go shopping- in my car! 20+ cd's for free, where can you go wrong? :dunno:

I'll tell you my little friend. I'll find those cd's...eventually. I'll find you too... this is a VERY small town... and bad news travels fast... :angryfire

Yeah man. Thiefs suck. Someone at my school tried to pry open every tool box in the tool room, and finally broke the lock on one of my classmates toolboxes, and stole just aobut everything

that's $2000 worth of snap-on. Fuckin bastards. But it's also a small school, and heads will be cracked soon.

Damn that fucking sucks, i would be pissed too espically because that fucker took Metalica and Audioslave

Deffinatly kick this kids ass if you ever find him. And leave him mom a ransom note that you not only want your 20 cds but a 20 cd interest lol.

yeah, i have 166 songs on one cd. it has all of korns songs, mushroomhead, slipknot, rammstien, and system of a down. but to bad my cars cd player doesnt play mp3's (the cd player is bout 6 years old).

Yeah, this is the job I was looking forward to. I'm getting the hang of it though, and it's well worth the money:)

As for the situation at hand:
I went to the front office today to see if I could get a look at the parking lot security tapes. It turns out that they haven't been in use since the new owners took over 2 years ago :disappoin ....BUT
A woman at work noticed 2 kids playing around in the parking lot when she punched in. I happened to notice them too, but thought nothing of it until she mentioned it again. :thinkerg:
They were running around someone's van, playing. I had assumed that they were one of the employee's children waiting for mom or dad to finish work. I check with the day shift and found that nobody had their kids waiting for them after work. These kids looked about 13-14. One of them was dirty blonde with a thin build(which doesn't help narrow anything down) but the other one african american with a taller, larger build. This narrows down the possibilities in a big way, as there are only 4-5 families in this town that are of that ethnic background.
Just so you know, I am not singling these kids out just because one of them was af-am. (I hate everybody equally :thefinger )
Anyways, I have some friends around town who happen to know who the kid was, by my description, and have volenteered (sp)to ask around about the cd's quietly. I don't want to straight out accuse anyone. I could be wrong, but it's the only lead I have.
I just want them returned.
If it turns out that I am right, great...I'll get them back and that'll be it. I'm not about to thump on some little kids and end up in the can.
If I'm wrong, the word is out anyways. It's only been a day and it seems that everyone knows about it already.
I'll get them back. And deal with the person/people as the situation calls for it.

That really sucks. Thiefs suck too. There are not a lot of thefts around my place though. Also i havent been robbed for a long time.

That realy sucks ass that someone stole your cd case. Hope you get it back. If I ever found out that somone stole my cd case I would beat the shit out of them and tear them a new asshole.

I went out to my car a couple of days ago, and to my surprise, found a small black case sitting on top of the trunk. :biggrin:

The important thing is that I got my cd's back. Only one of them is missing, but it's ok, I've got a friend who has the same cd, and I have a burner.

I thought that I would have to go out and buy them all over again. What are the odds of getting them back?! I'm just real happy to be able to listen to my favorite tunes again.

6 years? Man. You can go to any big music store and get them all at once. And any they don't have they can get in aobut a week.

Steel- Small town! Hard to find at a decent price. Most of the older Metallica around here goes for at least $20+. And to order it would just be robbery...

I don't care who it was, at least the little bastard had the foresight to bring them back. So I consider this a lesson learned; to lock my doors ALL THE TIME, and to love my small town... because anywhere else, I'd have never seen them again:)
