A question for the Mercedes experts

I just bought Protars Mercedes W 196 F1 car. I came across this picture of the race car transporter with the W 196 on it. Does anyone know what this truck is based on and could it be scratchbuilt based on an existing 1/24 scale kit.

There should be an expensive resin (iirc) kit of that transporter on the market. try to look for it.
