I want an F-150 bad, Ebayis overpriced, but everything is over priced to a teen ager with $500 in the bank, Not that I can get an F-150 for five hudnread, but what should I expect to pay for a 97 sub 100k mile truck with a manual tranny and a V-6

you're stupid. you can't get anything but a non-running or horrible looking mid 80's pickup with 500 bucks. good luck finding a decent sedan for that... you need a good 7,000 bucks before you start lookin in the mid to late 1990 fords

Not true, I got a 1990 dodge dakota for 500. It runs really good, looks are ok, but it has 250,000 miles lol

I paid $300 for my first T-bird wasn't the best looking, but one one of the most reliable.

$500.......for a 250K mile truck.......1990???!!! That sounds about right.....especially a dodge.

You will NOT EVER find a 97 sub 100K mile F150 for that......$500 down payment maybe. You'll need to look at mid 80's for that. That or since it is summer.....get an extra job and maybe by the end of summer, you'll be able to afford it.

He's looking for a TRUCK! Not a T-bird. There is a little BIT of a difference between the two. :p

500 dollars won't buy you a '97 F150 with sub 100,000 on it. That particular truck on trade-in is worth about 4-6 grand Canadian depending on the condition, equipment, and body configuration, and will sell on a dealer lot for 6-9 grand.

Look for something like a Grandpa's truck from the 80's with high miles but well maintained if you're only on a 500 dollar budget. Lets of trucks like that out there, just gotta buy a newspaper to find them.
