92 a better head?

I have been hearing from a locasl guy that the head on the 92 was designed diffrent than earlier heads and that it is better. Is this true or is someone pulling my leg?

as far as that question goes all i know is that the 90-92 heads flow better than the 95-99 heads on the turbo cars... hope that answers the question!
