Too close or too far away??

After suffering a mild case of orange peel, did a search and also looked through the FAQ, for its likely cause. The consensus seems split - i was either too far away or too close.

Model is 1/43rd resin - scrubbed meticulously, sanded etc. Model and spray (Halfords grey primer for plastics) were both warmed well. Can was shaken vigourously for a good 5 mins Mist coat put down first. I think I did everthing right. But I stll got orange peel.

Whats the feeling - too close or not close enough.

Too far away. If you were the proper distance you might have sprayed too fast.

Most likely you were too far away.
