how long will this last me?

hey guys, i recently bought a 92 Civic hatchback for $1300. it has about 146,XXX miles on it. i discovered that the cylinder head gasket is cracked, the valve gasket is cracked, CV boot is cracked, flywheel is worn like a mofo, and the radiator is doing anything. if i were to fix all of these to be like brand new, how much longer would this car last me? i'm thinking about 3-4 years, but i could be wrong. tell me what you guys think.

yeah as long as nothing else major happens and if your fixing all the things that need it. i could be wrong though, just make sure the rest of your engine is good.

do the head, and valve gaskets, and radiator first... You can replace the flywheel when it's dead, and you can repack the CV joint yourself for cheap.. (parts cleaner, grease, and a new boot/boot clamp) you can do most, if not all of this yourself if you have the right tools..
