New BMW Owner Help (No NAV)

Hey, I recently aquired a 2001 BMW X5 4.4. It came with the factory BMW Business radio. I would like to change it out to the16:9 NAV with DVD support.
Where can I look to purchase?

I have been doing some reading on the different places that merely offer upgrade to the existing NAV. Obviously I am starting from scratch. Help.
