I need it for my Revell ITR but can't find it anywhere. If I don't have Satin Black what should I use as a substitute?

If it's that important, experiment ,use flat black and rub it after it's dry with your finger, the oil on your skin will give it a different look or maybe
a rub with furniture polish like PLEDGE.
