I just bought my 2004 TB LS on Feb 15th 2004. It sounds like Chevy put cheap seals around the doors. It is loud. Am I the only person having this problem? My 2000 Grand Prix GTP was the same way. My 1999 Ford Mustang which cost half of the price of my TB is quiet. It must be a GM thing. Does anyone know of a fix?

Hello- I have this exact same problem with my 2002 TB LT. Whenever I go over about 70 MPH, air starts to make the door sound like it is open, when it isn't. Anyone with more information please post, I would like to know why this is happening and how to fix it.

It's a known thing...and a GM thing. I had it pretty bad and my dealer replaced one of the seals. Cleared most of it up, but yeah, it still sounds like the window's open a bit. My '97 Grand Am had the same problem. I think GM needs to has some better QA in this department.
Although, comparing a mustang (low car) with an SUV (large truck) probably isn't the best comparison. Obviously your mustang is much more aerodynamic than the TB. Compare it to a camero or vette and that will be more realistic.

I had quite a bit of noise whenever there was a crosswind around my front passenger window. Dealer tried to fix it twice. I finally just opened the door, grabbed the front top of the window frame and bent it SLIGHTLY towards the truck. No more noise.

Try a little spray silicone on the seals it keeps them soft and plyable
