OEM security system swap - 97 SE to 97 EX?

Could one swap the security system brain from a 97 SE in to a 97 EX 4 door? Where does the brain unit mount/plug in? What do I do about key fobs? Can I get the sensors/LED's separately? ANy and all info would be great. Thanx.
