91 accord tranny problems

i have an automatic 91 accord ex.i swapped the engine/tranny from a 90 lx that i paid $250. i'm having problems with the wiring harness and ecu. if anyone has swapped tranny's please help me. my car has been sitting in my backyard for almost 2 months ANYONE PLEASE HELP
