89 eighty eight camshaft sensor probs

ok i have an 89 eighty eight with about 150,000 miles on it i have replaced the camshaft sensor about three times in the last two years because it keeps putting code 41 up (no camshaft reference signal) and now it is putting up the same code right now

another thing is when it is about 30 degrees or so in the morning it sometimes has a hard time starting takes more cranking than i would like and when it does start it doesn't hit all 6 at first when it was a lot colder out it would start up without a problem right when i flicked the key it would start

the plugs and wires are new i have checked fuel pressure i have checked my pressure regulator my MAF is clean and i have swapped my coil pack out for a new one and same hard start everything seems to be in perfect working order

i have heard that my ignition module may be going bad which may cause the code 41 to flash on and i have also heard that i might have to replace my ECM what does everyone think do you think my problems are related or am i chasing problems

Rip off the ignition module .. sand the back side and engine mount surface, then put a thin coating of antiseize on it (( clean off the nuts this makes putting it back so much easyer and a little antiseize should you have to remove it later wouldn't hurt either )) and then try fireing it up ... ((( The problem is the modules are Aluminum and the mount is Aluminum and they both corrode and Aluminum Oxide is a great insulator and will cause all sorts of problems .... Mainly a bad ground which will lead to sensor fault's, ECM fault's/ damage ... Etc etc ..... ))) And the Camshaft sensor is not being struck by the magnet is it ??? (( seen that to ))
