A guy I know is selling a 1994 mustang gt automatic, convertible in perfect shape with 70,000 miles. It has a mac CAI,pulleys, magnaflow exhaust with an x pipe,3:73 gears,3000 stall converter, shift kit, trans cooler and he keeps the timing at 14.He is selling the car for $8,995.Is this a good price for the car?He told me his car get's low 14 second 1/4 miles.Does that seem about right?

Thanks.

Seems pretty steep to me, I wouldn't buy it for that price.

Try and talk him down. I would say around 5 to 6 thousand.

Not more than that.

It is a little steep, but it does have low mileage. I'd say $7K - $8K, depending.

Talk it down to 6 or 6,500. and with those performance upgrades he should be busting down the door of 13sec. sounds like he's a shitty driver or it has an auto tranny.

No way he hitting 13's. Those low 14 times sound good to me. He doesnt have any major performance mods, just some things to make it launch harder.
