door adjustment

on my car the passenger side door is off a little bit and closes hard and i was wondering how to adjust the door up so it would close smoothly

i tried that i dont know if there is an adjustment for the hinges where you can adjust it up and down on some cars they have them and i dident know if nissan puts those on there cars
