CRX Si vs. Escort GT

Is it just me or is this a fair comparison? Both produce almost equal performance, with CRX being more expensive. Any oppinions? I am comparing the old gen escort to CRX.

I have a 1995 escort lx with the best of the best fulids a K&n drop in air filter (with no restrictor plate) 2.5 inch exhaust pipe, no resinator or cat dc sports headers and a thermal reserch and development muffler. And some ngk copper plugs. And I can blow away civics,neons,crx's, even the new civic si. (oh yeah and its an automatic.) lol lol
