camber adjustment

can anyone tell me how to corectally adjust the camber/caster on my 2000 ranger 4x4.it looks like you can only shim the passenger side and then how do you adjust the drivers side??? got 33in tires and about 1in less backspacing than factory rims and they are wearing out the insides of tires. the suspention is stock just a body lift.
