need help asap

i have an 89 s10 with a 2.8 v6 i have a bell housing attached to the engine but no tranny, so will a tranny out of a 92, s10 2.8 v6 bolt to my bellhousing, this is very important to me so i thank you all in advance.... by the way they are pickups.... thanks kevin

yeah all the trannys in 2.8s are the same....i have an 87 s-10 that came with a 5 speed but it locked up and we put a 4 speed out of an 86 in it....so it should work
